Associate Attorney

Firm seeks experienced attorney candidates with 3+ years of litigation experience capable of immediately assuming responsibility in a wide range of cases.  Licensure in both Kansas and Missouri strongly preferred.

Case Linden Kurtz Buck PC has a broad litigation and trial practice covering consumer claims, products liability, class actions, civil rights and employment cases for a diverse group of clients including businesses, governmental entities, and insurers. The ideal candidate will have experience independently handling cases from inception to trial, and must be highly motivated with strong written, analytical and communication skills. Significant client-facing experience preferred. Competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience in the Kansas City area.

Paralegal

Seeking an individual with 5+ years’ experience working in civil litigation. Proven competencies in assisting attorneys in both propounding and responding to written discovery, conducting investigations/witness interviews, preparing for and assisting at trial.

Qualified candidates must be highly motivated with strong written, analytical and communication skills, with experience using MS Word, Outlook and Adobe. Exposure to electronic discovery/review tools helpful. This is a billable position.
