Associate Attorney

Kansas City

Firm seeks experienced attorney candidates with 5+ years of litigation experience capable of immediately assuming responsibility in a wide range of cases.  Licensure in both Kansas and Missouri strongly preferred.

Case Linden P.C. has a broad litigation and trial practice covering consumer claims, products liability, class actions, civil rights and employment cases for a diverse group of clients including businesses, governmental entities, and insurers. The ideal candidate will have experience independently handling cases from inception to trial, and must be highly motivated with strong written, analytical and communication skills. Significant client-facing experience preferred. Competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience in the Kansas City area.

Paralegal

Firm seeks an individual with 5+ years’ experience working in civil litigation. Proven competencies in assisting attorneys in both propounding and responding to written discovery, conducting investigations/witness interviews, preparing for and assisting at trial.

Essential experience includes:
• Rigorous case docketing and deadline management across multiple matters.
• Proficiency with project workflow systems and case management protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to track and prioritize competing deadlines in fast-paced litigation environment.

Qualified candidates must be highly motivated with strong written, analytical and communication skills, with experience using MS Word, Outlook and Adobe. Experience with docketing software and case management tools strongly preferred. Exposure to electronic discovery/review tools helpful. This is a billable position.
