Our Clients and the Communities we serve are diverse in numerous ways. We seek to align our own diversity and inclusion initiatives with the clients and communities we serve. We are committed to both internal and external goals, programs, campaigns, and leadership engagement that further these initiatives. We truly believe that a more diverse approach to legal representation leads to better results for our clients.
Our People are diverse. As of 2022, we have achieved 50% diversity among our attorneys in gender alone. Our own journey has allowed us to champion diversity in many other ways, including minorities, LGBTQ+, and veterans, to name a few. Our philosophy is creating opportunities for everyone, building a law firm of the future rather than a stagnant firm of the past.
